<p><h3>INTRO</h3><br /> <p>Flownerve Neck Pro is a transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulator worn at the neck. Six frequency modes cover the full day, from post-training recovery to evening wind-down and sleep onset.</p><br /> <h3>TECHNOLOGY</h3><br /> <p>Two contact points rest against the sides of the neck, where the cervical branch of the vagus nerve runs closest to the skin. Low-level electrical pulses reach the nerve through soft skin contacts and travel toward the brainstem, shifting autonomic balance toward the parasympathetic side. Six stimulation frequencies run at 5, 10, 25, 30, 40 and 100 Hz, with maximum output at 30 V peak and 40 mA peak. Sessions run four to twenty minutes depending on mode. Mode and intensity are set with buttons on the device, and the on-board display shows active mode, frequency and battery. A rechargeable lithium-polymer battery charges over USB-C in around 60 minutes.</p><br /> <h3>BODY EFFECT</h3><br /> <p>Stimulation of vagal afferent fibres increases parasympathetic activity and lowers the stress response. Used after exertion, the shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic dominance happens faster. Used in the evening, the lowest frequency supports the body's natural sleep onset mechanism. Effects accumulate with repeated sessions rather than arriving in a single use.</p><br /> <h3>CUSTOMIZATION</h3><br /> <p>The six modes map to the day. Flow at 30 Hz is the everyday baseline and the recommended starting mode. Prime at 25 Hz prepares the nervous system 20 to 30 minutes before physical demand. Focus at 40 Hz sharpens clarity before demanding moments. Recovery at 10 Hz is used within 20 to 30 minutes of finishing exercise. Ease at 100 Hz addresses neck tension at the end of the day. Sleep at 5 Hz is used 30 minutes before bed. Intensity is raised one step at a time to a mild, steady tingling. Three to five sessions per week move further than one long session.</p><br /> <h3>DESIGN</h3><br /> <p>The frame sits around the neck and holds both contacts in place without pressure, leaving the hands free during a session. Weight is kept low enough to wear while seated, reading or working. Control stays on the device itself, so no phone or account is needed to start.
